Seal appeal! Orphaned baby seals being cared for at the RSPCA sanctuary in Kings Lynn, Norfolk. The charity is appealing for donations of towels from the public after a massive rise in young pups being found abandoned on the shores of the UK. The towels provide warmth for the pups, many of whom lack the body fat gained from their mother's milk. Normally the charity sees about 50 orphans per year, but since June 2010 an unprecedented 69 pups have been taken in and more are expected to arrive.
