Pic ? Si Barber - 07739 472 922 Colin Kemp owner of the post office in High Kelling, North Norfolk shuts up shop. The post office and general store is the only shop in the village and is under threat of closure from the Government's review of post office services which will be announced on 14th December 2006. Mr Kemp says that if the subsidy for the post office services is removed his shop will be forced to close.
