A Tullos threshing machine owned by farmer Jesse Watson, of Littleport, Cambridgeshire up for auction after his death. Watson purchased the machine in 1946 and transported it down from Aberdeen to the Fens by rail. A technological marvel in its time, it took three men to operate it but did the job of six - mechanically separating grain from chaff, husks, and straw without complaint.
